INDIVIDUAL COACHING
We offer individual coaching sessions using the Solution Focus approach and Brief Coaching tools.
These apply highly effective assumptions that are the result of over 25 years of practical research in the field on how best to support fast and lasting change. This approach involves a dramatic shift of paradigm: focusing on solutions and doing more of what works is often a much faster and more effective way to move forward and achieve progress than analysing problems or difficulties and their potential causes. Results can also be more sustainable and foster a lasting focus towards continuous development.
How we work
The coaching process can be short (e.g. decision making coaching: one session and follow up) or longer (when new behaviours should be established).
