Coaching for Teams

Team Coaching Tailored to Your Intentions and Objectives

Clients who choose team coaching often want to strengthen their teams through a fresh and engaging approach – one that feels different from “just another boring team meeting”. They come to us looking for focused working sessions in which they can address the topics that matter most, clarify their objectives, strengthen collaborative commitments, and define concrete actions for moving forward with greater positive energy, effectiveness, and sustainable results.

Team Coaching Helps You Achieve Your Objectives

Team coaching can be like a drop of oil in a well-run machine. Even when you have the best people, a little support can sometimes help the team reach its full potential. “The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest group of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.” – Babe Ruth

The Solution Focus Approach to Team Coaching:

All our team coaching projects are tailored to the client’s intentions and objectives. To make the process as effective as possible, we begin by speaking with the team members and asking questions such as: What is your role within this team? What do you value most about your team? What do you see as your most important contribution? What is your vision for the team’s future? What do you believe are the greatest challenges, and what could be improved?

Based on the information gathered, we design a coaching session or a series of sessions focused on the team’s specific questions and needs. We carefully select the interactions and tools best suited to the client’s context, with the aim of creating maximum value for every member of the team.

Solution Focus team coaching sessions may include some of the following elements:

  • Sharing and exploring success stories;
  • Building a shared vision of the desired future;
  • Identifying the key factors that contribute to success;
  • Assessing the team’s strengths, talents, and resources;
  • Defining signs of progress and the next steps forward.

Together, we create a focused yet relaxed working environment in which the team can address challenging situations, develop new skills, and gain a deeper appreciation of one another. This creates space for more open communication, stronger collaboration, clearer shared commitments, and practical actions that support lasting progress.

Sustainable Progress – Coaching for Teams

From the very first session, the team gains the tools and energy needed to take meaningful action and move forward. In Solution-Focused follow-up sessions, we support the team in reviewing its progress, identifying the next steps, and creating the sustainable changes needed for continued development.

Team coaching also strengthens shared responsibility, collaboration, and trust. It helps team members understand how their individual strengths contribute to the whole, align around common objectives, and build practical ways of working together more effectively. Progress becomes visible, commitments become clearer, and the team develops the confidence to continue moving forward independently.

Team Coaching? No, Thank You!

When we want to improve a situation, we can talk about the problem – what is not wanted – or explore how we would like things to look in the future – what is wanted. We can find a solution much more quickly when we first recognise and appreciate what is already working well.
