We have been delivering intensive coaching training programmes for more than 13 years. Our PURE Brief Coaching Training programme is unique in Romania and holds international accreditation in line with the latest requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Levels 1, 2, and 3. PURE Brief Coaching Training provides a comprehensive preparation for developing professional coaching competencies and beginning a career as a professional coach.

PURE Brief Coaching Training Programme Structure
The coaching competencies developed throughout PURE Brief Coaching Training are essential both for professional coaching practice and for pursuing an ICF credential. The programme provides the knowledge, practical techniques, and effective tools needed to build a successful coaching practice and apply what you learn with confidence.
The course is structured into four three-day modules, combining coaching theory with extensive practice over a total of 12 training days, as follows:
MODUL 1
Introduction to Coaching
- Stages of coaching based on the PURE Brief Solution Focus approach
- The most important coaching techniques and tools
- Coaching ethics and professional standards
- Core coaching competencies
- Coaching goals
- Approaches to structuring coaching sessions
- Effective communication and ways of working with the Solution Focus approach
- Active listening and presence
MODUL 2
Applied PURE Brief Coaching
- Methods for monitoring progress in coaching sessions; success and challenges
- Tools for tracking the development of coaching sessions and optimising the process to support the client in achieving their goals
- Ways of exploring the coaching client’s resources
- Building and maintaining the coaching relationship; openness, trust, and connection through Solution-Focused Brief Coaching
- The Solution Focus coaching approach
- Effective coaching questions
MODUL 3
Developing Your Own Coaching Style
- Ways of working in coaching sessions using the PURE Brief Solution Focus approach
- Applying the simple and effective tools of the Solution Focus approach
- Coaching approaches for decision-making and addressing challenging situations through Solution-Focused Brief Coaching
- Anchoring and multiple scaling in coaching
MODUL 4

You can attend Module 1 only – PLAIN & SIMPLE
You may choose to attend Module 1 only, either in person or online, and decide afterwards whether you would like to continue with the full programme.
What you will gain?
Module 1 gives you the opportunity to discover the foundations of Solution Focus coaching and experience the essential steps of the coaching process. In a short period of time, you will learn practical tools that can support your work and gain direct coaching experience. You will be able to apply what you have learned during the three training days from the very next day.
Solution-Focused Brief Coaching has proven to be both effective and sustainable, with results supported by tools that are remarkably clear and simple. To significantly expand your ability to facilitate coaching conversations, the Solution Focus approach offers precise, effective tools with lasting impact.
Participation in Module 1 of PURE Brief Coaching Training provides 14 hours of Approved Coaching Specific Training. After completing Module 1, you may continue with the full programme and pursue your professional development as a coach with us.

PURE Brief Coaching Training Fee: 3100 euro (+ VAT)
The participation fee covers all four modules and includes the course materials and learning resources.
This coaching training programme will help you discover the essential elements of becoming an effective and successful coach. The Solution Focus approach is remarkably simple and direct, providing you with tools to create a truly distinctive coaching process built around creative and sustainable solutions.
Registration for the PURE Brief Coaching Training Online Programme – 2027
You can choose to attend our programme online through live webinars led by our facilitators for each module. Each webinar lasts 3.5 hours, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM CET, and is highly interactive. During the webinars, you will have many opportunities to practise and experience Solution Focus ideas and tools. Between webinars, you will meet in self-organised study groups to support and strengthen one another’s learning.
You will have access to a learning platform with additional materials, as well as a forum where you can share success stories and ask questions. Each webinar will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend a live session, you can watch the recording on the learning platform. The course is delivered in English.

Meet our internationally experienced facilitators
Dr. Petra Müller-Demary, Mentor Coach & Facilitator
She began her coaching journey in 2003 and, after completing several coaching courses and programmes in Germany and Switzerland, became a Master Coach, Trainer, and Supervisor in Solution Focus Coaching. She is also accredited as a facilitator of Solution-Focused Systemic Constellations and has been offering workshops and individual constellation sessions for more than 15 years. Find out more here.
Daniela Pavlovici, Coach & Facilitator
She is a coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant. She completed her training in PURE Brief Solution Focus Coaching with Solutionsurfers in 2015. In 2017, she joined the Romanian team and has since been involved in both coach training programmes and corporate training and coaching projects. Find out more here.
ICF Certification – International Coaching Federation
ACCREDITATION
Our PURE Brief Coaching Training programme, based on the Solution Focus approach, is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since 2023, the pathway to obtaining an ICF credential has become more straightforward and can be completed through our school after graduating from the coaching programme. An ICF credential provides international professional recognition and enables you to offer professional coaching services worldwide.
COACHING DIPLOMA
The coaching programmes we offer are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). All graduates of the Solutionsurfers PURE Brief Coaching Training programme receive a graduation diploma and complete the coach-specific education hours required to pursue an internationally recognised ICF credential: 88 hours of in-person coach training and 64 hours of online coach training.
After completing PURE Brief Coaching Training, you can pursue two levels of ICF credential:
Level 1: Pathway to the ACC credential
Level 2: Pathway to the PCC credential

The Romanian community is dynamic and supportive. We hold monthly coaching practice meetings, both online and in person, collaborate on coaching, training, and management consulting projects, and come together each year for a multi-day retreat. During the retreat, we put the Solution Focus approach into practice through workshops, learning sessions, and individual and group coaching.
