Solutionsurfers Romania offers a wide range of services, including PURE Brief Coaching Training, coaching and coaching skills training programmes for organisations and companies, as well as individual coaching sessions.

Our Coaching School delivers intensive professional training for aspiring and practising coaches. Unique in Romania, the PURE Brief Coaching Training programme is internationally accredited by ICF.

Become an ICF Certified Coach- International Coaching Federation
Our PURE Brief Coaching Training programme, based on the Solution Focus approach, is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since 2023, the pathway to obtaining an ICF credential has become more straightforward and can be completed through our school after graduating from the coach training programme. An ICF credential provides international professional recognition and enables you to offer professional coaching services worldwide. After completing PURE Brief Coaching Training, you can pursue two levels of ICF credential:
Level 1: ACC coaching certification
Level 2: PCC coaching certification
Team Coaching Training
Even when you have the best people, teams sometimes need additional support to reach their full potential. The next online Team Coaching Training programme, Moving Teams Forward, will be announced soon.
Solutionsurfers® – an inspiring metaphor
The name Solutionsurfers is a play on the words “solution” and “surfers”. It is a metaphor for the art of skilfully navigating life’s challenges and reaching your goals with greater ease. Like surfers riding the waves, we can move forward in the direction we choose. By harnessing life’s dynamic forces, we can act effectively and achieve our goals with elegance.
Solutionsurfers Romania – Our community
Solutionsurfers is an international community of coaches, trainers, and consultants who are passionate about the innovative Solution Focus approach.
The Romanian community is dynamic and supportive. We hold monthly coaching practice meetings, both online and in person, collaborate on coaching, training, and management consulting projects, and come together once a year for a community retreat. During the retreat, we put the Solution Focus approach into practice through workshops, group activities, and individual and group sessions.
