Solution Café Coaching and Networking is a professional coaching and networking event organised by Solutionsurfers Romania for people who want clearer, more constructive conversations focused on progress.

In a relaxed café-style setting, you will have the opportunity to discover and experience the principles of Solution Focus Coaching, a practical and effective approach that highlights each person’s resources, skills, and possibilities.

The event is open both to members of the Solutionsurfers community and to those who would like to learn more about solution-focused coaching, leadership, professional development, and impactful conversations.

What is Solution Café Coaching and Networking?

Solution Café is an informal yet structured way of having meaningful conversations about a topic that matters to you.

Starting from your own professional goals or challenges, you will explore new perspectives and discover how a conversation can be oriented towards:

• the desired outcome;
• what is already working;
• the resources and skills available;
• concrete possibilities for action;
• observable signs of progress.

Rather than remaining focused exclusively on the problem and its causes, a Solution Focus conversation creates space for clarity, new ideas, and useful steps forward.

The Solution Café meeting gives you the opportunity to experience directly how Solution Focus Coaching works in a real conversation. During the event, you will also be able to learn more about PURE Brief Coaching Training, the ICF-accredited coach training programme beginning on 9 September 2026 in Bucharest, including the course structure, the competencies developed, and the pathway towards professional coaching practice.

You will also discover Solutionsurfers International, the global network of which Solutionsurfers Romania is part – an international community of Solution Focus coaches, trainers, and practitioners committed to professional standards, knowledge exchange, and continuous development.
